The start of a new year and a chance to change something. Losing weight, stop smoking, get active, declutter, change jobs, find a job, discover your passion.

I like the idea of change but I have learned that the way to make it stick, is to make it a habit. One habit that I have developed over the years is to have a planner. It has the days broken down into hours and thirty minutes so I can schedule my whole day. I write in my word goal for the day, schedule meetings/calls, and block off time for marketing.

I plan out my week on Sunday night so when I wake up on Monday I have a road map.
