I am now on journal number 21. I’ve been journaling for a few years now and I try to write something I’m grateful for every single day. Actually, I write at least three things I’m grateful for.

1.My health. 2 My family 3. Nature 4. Friends. 5. Love (Just to name a few)

I also write down my prayers. I do this so I can look back and see how they’ve been answered and in what ways. I like to remember. Sometimes I get so caught up in the worries of today, I forget the blessings of the past. Today, as I sat outside I wrote down how grateful I was to watch the baby deer come out out of the forrest behind my house. I also wrote I was grateful for the quiet and peace. I’m also grateful for my family and friends.

I challenge you to start a gratitude journal. Write down three things every day you are grateful for. In the months ahead, it’s always good to look back and see how far you’ve come.
